    As a child I always ate these back home although I must say, in my country some ingredients are felt out from the original recipe. Love this version as well . it looks very delicious.     Kibbeh is quite popular in Brazil too. It's due to a large Lebanese immigration wave in the beginning of the 20th century!

    Hello. I ate the Kibbeh in a restaurant for the first time and i love it. I asked someone i know for the recipe and said for the mixture i will need 2cups of fine bulgur, 1cup of granulated couscous and 1cup of fine semolina. In yours you use only Bulgur. (To tell the truth, i am a little confused here.)
